The Campaign Should Include The Production Of Advertising Materials For Broadcast On Social Media And Radio, The Design And Display Of Billboards And Posters/Citylights Promoting The Above-Mentioned. Campaign In Kraków, Tarnów, And Nowy Sącz, As Well As Conducting An Online Campaign In Social Media In The Form Of Film Spots. The Campaign Should Reach At Least 500,000 People. Gross Recipients In The 15-24 Age Group, Both Residents Of Małopolska And People Visiting This Region.2. Purpose Of Order Fulfillment. The Implementation Of The Project Will Involve The Preparation And Implementation Of A Social Campaign In Małopolska, Which Will Cover Road Safety Issues Related To The 15-24 Age Group And A Specific Group Of Road Traffic Participants: Pedestrians, Users Of Electric Scooters, Electric Bicycles, E-Bikes, Mopeds, And Personal Transport Devices. The Project Responds To The Growing Threats Related To The Participation Of Vulnerable Road Users In Accidents By Integrating Educational, Information And Promotional Activities Throughout The Region. It Answers The Main Issues In This Group Related To Exceeding Permitted Speed Limits, Insufficient Knowledge Of The Rules Of Sharing The Road, Driving Without A Helmet, And Risky Maneuvers. The Problem Of The Increase In The Number Of Road Accidents In This Group Is Also Related To Changes In Mobility, Especially The Increase In The Number Of Users Of Bicycles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters, Mopeds, E-Bikes And Utos, Both In Małopolska And The Entire Country. The Ordering Party Thus Implements The Assumptions And Objectives Of The Regional Transport Plan For The Małopolska Voivodeship And The Provincial Road Safety Program For The Małopolska Voivodeship 2021-2030.
