4.3. The Order Includes: A) Construction Of A Running Track: Preparatory Works, Running Track, Installation Of Inverted U-Shaped Bicycle Racks, Ski Jumping Hill. B) Gymnasium - Completion Of Works In The Existing Facility: Construction Works - Gymnasium, Sanitary Installations - Gymnasium, Electrical Installations - Hall Gimnastyczna.C) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Obtaining A Certificate Of Completion Of Construction Or The Final Conclusion Of The Proceedings Resulting From The Objection, As A Result Of Which It Will Be Possible To Commence Use. The Contractor, To The Extent Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Relevant Administrative Decision, Will Prepare Complete Documentation And Submit The Required Notifications And Submit Applications Necessary For The Legal Use Of The Facility. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining, In Accordance With The Appropriate Procedure: A Certificate Of Lack Of Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Notice Of Completion Of Construction Or The Final Decision On The Use Permit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 9.1 - 9.2, 10.1 - 10.2, 11.1 - 11.91 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are For Illustrative And Informative Purposes Only And Should Be Treated As Auxiliary To The Design Documentation And Stwior, While Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Design Documentation, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities And Other Annexes, The Provisions Of The Design Documentation And Stwior Shall Prevail. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Art Of Construction, In Compliance With Polish Standards, Technical Conditions - In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of April 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1225), All Applicable Legal Regulations And The Attached Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction And Installation Works, As Well As To Ensure That On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations In This Regard, A Document Allowing The Use Of The Facility Is Obtained.
