Detailed Data Regarding The Delivery And The Method Of Its Execution: 1/ The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver And Carry The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2/ The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Business Days In Advance By E-Mail To The Account: [email protected]. Certificates, Attestations, Declarations Of Conformity, Operating Instructions, Documents Confirming The Warranty, Etc. 4/ The Obligation To Maintain Confidentiality In Relation To The Structure And Addressing Of The Ordering Partys Ict Network, 5/ Changing The Indicated Engineer During The Execution Of The Contract Is Possible Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party To A Person With Qualifications And Experience Not Lower Than The Person Assessed In The Offer, 6/ Payment By Bank Transfer Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Correct Issued Vat Invoice And Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations,7/ Manufacturers Warranty And Provision Of Support Services And Subscriptions To Update Security Databases For A Period Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Receipt.3.
