The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation In The Used Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center Prażkówka At Ul. Daszyńskiego 28 In The City Of Ustroń, Which Has The Status Of A Health Resort Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Mdk Prażkówka Facility (Boiler Room). All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In The Field In Detail. After Completing The Construction Works, Documentation Should Be Prepared As-Built Approved By The Investor Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And In The Bill Of Quantities (Which Is Of An Auxiliary Nature In The Valuation Of The Offer).
