1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Hospital Facilities Into A Place Of Emergency Shelter For Patients, Medical And Care Staff And Residents Of The Rypin District, Along With The Necessary Communication On The Plots With Registration Numbers 765/10, 765/7 In Rypin, Ul. 3-Go Maja.2) Description Of The Existing Condition: An Area With Various Shapes, Developed With Buildings Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility In Rypin, Equipped With The Following Installations: Electricity, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage, Storm Sewage, Heat Pipeline, Telecommunications, Teletechnical, Area Lighting And Medical Gases. The Area Covered By The Task Is Bordered From The West By A Public Road Of The District Category (Ul. 3 Maja), From The South By The Area Of Service Development, From The East By The Public Road Of The Municipal Category (Ul. Dłutka), And From The North By The Municipal Road (Ul. Malanowskiego).3) Area Of The Planned Investment: A) In The Area Of Plots No. 765/10, 765/7 The Local Spatial Development Plan Is In Force - Resolution No. Lxviii/417/2023 Of The Rypin City Council Of September 6, 2023 Regarding The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Area Of The City Of Rypin In The Area Between Ul. Dłutka, Ul. 3 Maja, Ul. Mławska And Ul. Malanowski; The Above-Mentioned Properties Marked With The Symbol 1Uz - Area Of Health And Social Care Services, B) Does Not Encroach On Areas Of Direct Flood Risk, C) Is Not Subject To Protection Under Environmental Protection Or Nature Protection Regulations, And In The Immediate Vicinity There Are No Facilities Or Areas Protected Under These Regulations, D) Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments, But Within The Investment There Are Immovable Monuments Included In The Municipal And Provincial Register Of Monuments, I.E.: Hospital And Former Garden At The Hospital.4) The Employers Requirements For The Technical Solutions Of The Designed Project: A) Construction Of A Communication Route With A Reinforced Concrete Structure, With A Clear Width Of Min. 2.50 M, Connecting The Primary Care Building With The Rehabilitation Building. When Designing The Said Communication Route, It Is Necessary To Provide For Solutions To Conflicts With The Following Inventoried Installations: Water Supply, Sewage, Including Storm Sewage, Electricity, Central Heating.
