1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution In The Design And Build System - The Task Titled: Reconstruction (Expansion, Superstructure) Of The Attic Of Part Of The Building Of The Grybów Commune Office In Order To Create A Third-Party Liability Insurance Warehouse - Stage Ii, Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Olioc). 3. The Description Of The Planned Construction Project And The Functional And Utility Parameters Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Functional And Utility Program Constitutes The Basis For The Development Of Design Documentation And Subsequent Execution Of Construction Works.4. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Design Phase, Including The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works: 2) Stage 2 - Construction Works Phase, Including The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation Along With The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Obtaining The Required Decisions Enabling The Use Of The Facility. Stage 2 Is Expected To Include: A) Performance Corresponding To 75% Of The Value Of Construction Works Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule; B) Performance Of The Remaining Scope Of Works And Complete Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract.
