1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School In Przerośl As Part Of The Task Entitled: Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School In Przerośl In The School Year 2026/2027.2) The Estimated Number Of Prepared And Delivered Hot One-Dish Meals Will Be 15,930 Pieces. In Total (Estimated) About 90 Meals A Day X 177 Days (September - 22 Days, October - 21 Days, November - 19 Days, December - 14 Days, January - 7 Days, February – 20 Days, March – 19 Days, April – 22 Days, May – 19 Days, June – 14 Days). The Number Of Lunches Given Above Is An Estimate And May Change During The Duration Of The Contract. 3) Order Completion Date: From September 7, 2026 To June 18, 2027. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparation From Own Products, Delivery Using Own Transport And Distribution Of Meals In Accordance With The Recommendations And Nutrition Standards Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition. The Planned Quantities Of Deliveries Are Estimated, Depending On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Willing To Feed Their Children. And May Decrease. Any Changes In The Number Of Meals Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims. The Ordering Party Indicates The Minimum Size Of The Scope Of The Order As 80% Of The Total Number Of Meals. Meals Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Units Of The System.
