The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, On An Ongoing Basis And At His Own Expense, All Dirt And Damage Caused By His Vehicles On Public Roads And Access Roads To The Construction Site. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road, The Contractor Will Obtain The Consent Of The Road Owner To Occupy The Road And Will Cover The Related Costs. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area In A Proper Condition And Tidy, Including The Above-Mentioned. Infrastructure And Neighboring Properties, If He Used Them During The Implementation Of The Task. These Works Should Be Performed To The Extent That Their Owners And Users Can Use Them Under The Existing Rules.
