A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Dividing The Order Into Parts, So The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: Such A Division Is Not Possible Because The Subject Of The Contract Constitutes One Whole. The Contract In Question Is Therefore Indivisible For Technical Reasons. In Order To Ensure An Appropriate Level Of Quality, One Entity Implementing The Order Is Required. The Order In Question Is Fully Adapted To The Needs Of Small And Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs.
