The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Consisting In Preparing, Delivering And Serving Meals As Part Of The Offer Titled: Christmas For Guests Of The Książ Hotel In The Castle And Park Complex Of Książ Castle In Wałbrzych. 2. The Service Includes The Preparation Of The Consumption Room And The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party For The Christmas Eve (December 24) In The Following Scope: 1) Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals (Lunch, Sweet Coffee Treats And Christmas Eve Dinner) By Waiters, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz, 2) Cleaning Services During The Meals And After They Are Served, 3) Presence Of The Manager During Serving Meals For Hotel Guests. 3. Expected Number Of People: 40, Including 30 Adults, 5 Children Over 4 Years Of Age. Up To 12 Years Of Age Inclusive And 5 Children Under 4 Years Of Age. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Premises/Room Intended For Serving Meals For Guests Of The Książ Hotel, Located No Further Than 500 M From Building No. 3 (Main Building - Hotel Reception) Located At Piastów Śląskich 1, Wałbrzych. The Distance Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Google Maps Website, Measured By The Shortest Route Indicated By The Website, On The Day Of Submitting Offers As An Option Of Walking, From The Above-Mentioned Place To The Place Indicated By The Contractor As The Premises.5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding A Contract Under The Option Right To Increase The Number Of Adults Served Under The Contract To 20%. Detailed Rules And Procedure For Awarding Contracts Under The Option Law Are Specified In The Draft Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
