1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works On Two Multi-Family Buildings At Ul. Lipowa 1 And 2 In Świebodzin, Consisting In Particular Of Covering The Roof In A Polyurethane System On The Existing Roofing Felt Without Removing It. Necessary Scope Of Work To Be Performed: - Preparation Of The Substrate (Bubbles, Humps And Irregularities Should Be Eliminated And The Surface Should Be Cleaned); - Filling Cracks With Polyurethane Mass; - Stabilizing And Priming The Substrate; - Securing Infrastructure On The Roof; - Interlayer Reinforcement Of The Coating With Polyester Non-Woven Fabric On The Entire Roof Surface; - Application Of 3 Layers Of Cold-Applied Polyurethane Coating On The Roof Surface, With A Turn On Firewalls And Chimneys; Requirements For Materials: All Construction Materials And Products Used Must Be Brand New, Of Full Value, Approved For Use In Construction In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Have The Required Declarations Of Performance Properties, Certificates Or Other Documents Confirming Admission To Marketing And Use. If The Order Documentation Indicates The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent, Origin, Standard, Approval Technical Assessment, Technical Assessment Or Reference System, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Defining The Required Quality, Technical And Functional Standard.
