Insurance. The Ordering Party Requires Insurance From The Contractor In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party In § 11 Of The Draft Agreement.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: A) Organize And Manage The Construction Facilities; B) Development Of A Health And Safety Plan, If Required; C) Marking Of The Construction Site; D) In The Event Of Damage Or Destruction During Works - Repairing Them And Restoring Them To Their Original Condition; E) Ensuring Supervision As Well As Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions; F) Keeping The Construction Site Free From Traffic Obstacles And Removing Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage On An Ongoing Basis; G) Providing A Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects And A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works And Built-In Devices For A Period Of Min. 60 Months, Counting From The Day Following The Final Acceptance Of The Task (Regardless Of Any Guarantees Issued By Device Manufacturers); H) Participating In Warranty Inspections Requested By The Ordering Party (During The Period Covered By The Guarantee/Warranty); I) After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Site Must Be Restored To Its Original Condition, Dismantling Temporary Structures, Tidying Up The Area And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance.2.
