1. The Subject Of The Order Conducted In The Design And Build Formula Is: Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Operation Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure In The Rudziniec Commune, A Project Co-Financed By The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Just Transformation Fund). The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Design, Delivery And Assembly, Including Commissioning, As Well As All Construction And Assembly Works Of Complete Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage Facilities. The Order Is To Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode Of Installing Photovoltaic Installations In 2 Facilities Related To Water Supply Management In The Rudziniec Commune. Pv Installations With Energy Storage Will Be Built In The Following Municipal Locations: - Pumping Station In Rudno; - Pumping Station In Niemiesze. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Separately For Each Location, Along With Obtaining All Arrangements, Permits And Notifications If Required By Applicable Law, B) Carrying Out, In Accordance With The Requirements And Other Information Described In Detail By The Ordering Party In The Functional And Utility Program, Construction And Assembly Works And Deliveries, Together With The Commissioning Of Photovoltaic Installations And Energy Storage Facilities In Accordance With The Law, C) Obtaining On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Permits And Administrative Decisions Allowing For Use Of The Installation, D) Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Installations And Providing Service And Technical Inspections During The Applicable Warranty Period. The Order Titled: Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For The Operation Of Water And Sewage Infrastructure In The Rudziniec Commune Is Co-Financed By The European Union From The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority Fesl.10 European Funds For Transformation, Measure Fesl.10.06 Development Of Distributed Energy Based On Renewable Sources. Agreement No. Fesl.10.06-Iz.01-0G26/24 Other Conditions: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing The Works, Separating, Securing And Marking The Work Area And Securing Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties If They Are Available. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Work Area And Communication Routes Within The Works Being Carried Out Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis. 3. In The Event Of Any Failures And Damages Occurring On The Work Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately And Effectively. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage For Which The Contractor And Entities Acting On Its Behalf (Subcontractors) Are Jointly And Severally Liable.
