The Ordering Party Requires That The Guarantee For The Delivery Constituting The Subject Of The Order Is At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Car. Where The Order Documentation Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Act Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: A) Dimensions And Structure (Size, Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), B) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions), C) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), D) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Hydraulic Data, Linear Characteristics, Construction), E) Safety Parameters Of Use, The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Contract Execution, Is Obliged To Present, In Relation To The Indicated Materials, Safety Signs, Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or The Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or The Polish Standard In The Absence Of A Polish Standard Transposing European Standards. Each Time When This Swz Or The Annexes To The Swz Indicate Standard, It Should Be Assumed That The Phrase Or Equivalent Was Used In Reference To It. The Contractor Proposing Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer That They Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent.
