Podedworze.B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order Using: • Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, • Material Scope Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, • Technical Conditions Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz • Graphic Attachment Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz.C) The Minimum Warranty Period Is 24 Months, The Maximum Warranty Period Is 36 Months. Offers Containing A Warranty Period Of Less Than 24 Months Will Be Rejected.D) The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.E) Order Completion Date: 14 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Including: A) Stage I - Obtaining Notice Of The Initiation Of The Procedure For Issuing A Zrid Decision - Within 10 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, B) Stage Ii - Obtaining And Submitting A Non-Final Decision To The Ordering Party Zrid In Accordance With The Material Scope - Within 2 Months From The Date Of Completion Of Stage I, C) Stage Iii - Obtaining And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Final Zrid Decision Along With Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With The Material Scope Taking Into Account Changes, If They Occurred At The Stage Of Issuing Decisions In Appeal Proceedings - Within 2 Months From The Date Of Completion Of Stage Ii.
