Cardinal Stefana Wyszyńskiego In Babice, Babice 108A, 23-413 Obsza, 77 Children Of Preschool And School Age.C. Students Of The Primary School In Obsza, Obsza 70A, 23-413 Obsza, 165 Children Of Preschool And School Age.D. Students Of The Primary School Jana Pawła Ii W Zamch, Zamch 117, 23-413 Obsza, 85 Children Of Preschool And School Age.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation And Delivery Of Three Meals A Day (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch And A Complementary Meal) For Preschool Children Aged 3-6, Attending The Municipal Kindergarten In Wola Obszańska, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To July 30, 2027 (Except For Breaks In School), For A Group Of Up To 64 Children. B) Preparation And Delivery Of One Meal A Day (Lunch - Second Meal). A Dish With A Drink/Compote Or Soup Served On A Rotating Basis; If A Given Week Ends With The Serving Of Soup, The Next Week Begins With The Second Dish) For School-Age Children Attending Primary Schools In The Obsza Commune, In The Period From September 2, 2026 To June 24, 2027 (Except For School Breaks), For A Group Of Up To 327 Children. C) The Number Of Children Using Supplementary Meals Will Be Reported By The Directors Of Individual Facilities. It Is Possible To Reduce The Number Of Children Receiving Meals To 50%. 3. Meals Should Meet Nutritional Standards In Accordance With Polish Nutritional Standards For Children Of School And Preschool Age. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals Of The Highest Standard, Based On Products Of The Highest Quality And Safety In Accordance With Haccp Standards. Meals Must Meet Nutritional Standards Recommended By The Institute Of Mother And Child For A Given Age Group. Meals Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Requirements Referred To In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 52C Section 6 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132) And The Principles Of Proper Nutrition Specified By The Institute Of Food And Nutrition In Warsaw.
