The Scope Of The Order Includes:1. Stage I:1.1. Performing A Pre-Executive Analysis, Including Agreeing On The Scope Of Data Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Along With A Schedule For The Implementation Of Work On The Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Lublin.1.2. Obtaining Input Data For The Preparation Of The Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Lublin.1.3. Carrying Out Measurements Of Road, Railway And Industrial Noise In The Environment.1.4. Preparation Of Reports On Measurements Carried Out.2. Stage Ii: 2.1. Updating The Digital Terrain Model (Dtm) And The Three-Dimensional Building Model (Tmz) To The Extent Necessary To Prepare The Map (Buildings, Road And Railway Network).2.2. Updating The Map Of Areas Under Acoustic Protection (Sensitivity Maps).2.3. Development Of An Acoustic Model Of The City Of Lublin, Based On All Collected, Verified And Updated Input Data.2.4. Checking And Validating The Acoustic Model Based On Environmental Noise Measurements.2.5. Preparation Of The Descriptive And Graphic Part Of The Strategic Noise Map Of The City Of Lublin And Its Summary.2.6. Preparation Of Spatial, Descriptive And Tabular Data As Well As Additional Annexes And Updated Identifying Data Provided By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Legal Requirements To The Chief Inspector Of Environmental Protection And The Marshal Of The Lublin Voivodeship.2.7. Preparation Of Information And Maps Necessary To Be Placed On The Website Of The Spatial Information System Of The City Of Lublin.2.8. Preparation Of A Multimedia Presentation Regarding The Developed Strategic Noise Map And Its Presentation At The Ordering Partys Headquarters.
