The First Installment For The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract - A Plasma Sterilizer - Will Be Payable After Signing The Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Order (Device), Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery By The Contractor Of A Formally And Substantively Correct Invoice To The Ordering Party, To The Bank Account Entered By The Contractor On The Invoice.
