Delivery time: The delivery time should be from the date of signing the contract and should be within the delivery time specified in the bidding document. Bidders should specify the delivery time. If they do not specify, the delivery time set by the Authority will be deemed to have been accepted. 2. Bidders should provide at least one sample for each item. 3. Since the bidders will be the ones who will install the car covers on the cars themselves, they should include the cost of the parts when they bid. Payment will be made only when the parts are properly made and installed. 4. Bidders should state the specifications and brand/brand/ and, if necessary, the model or part number of each item they are bidding on. Failure to do so will result in rejection. Any other letter of invitation will not be accepted. 9. Micro and small enterprises must be engaged in manufacturing. 10. Bidders must have stock for the items they are bidding on. The Purchaser may personally verify the items with the requested and detailed technical specifications provided by the bidders. 11. Bidders must download, sign, and affix the Anti-bribery pledge form attached to the Specific Requirement. 12. If any incomplete documents are not submitted by the bidders on the bid opening date, they will be disqualified. 13. The Authority reserves the right to reject the bid in whole or in part.
