Bid security must be submitted in scanned copy through the system and hard copy must be submitted to procurement management directorate physically before closing & opening date. N.B The bid security amount submitted shall be 2% of the total quoted price amount. However, the maximum amount of bid security value will be 2,000,000 (Two million) ETB or freely convertible Equivalent currency. bidder shall share their private security key on the eGP system before the deadline of bid submission.
