BackgroundThe General Federation of Palestinian Industries (PFI), established in 1999, is the representative umbrella of the Palestinian industrial sector through sixteen specialized industrial associations. The Federation operates under the Law of the General Federation of Palestinian Industries (2011), where it plays a pivotal role in promoting industrial development, raising competitiveness, supporting private sector growth, and advocating for an enabling business environment (IMC), and in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), qualitative interventions within the framework of the Economic Resilience Enhancement Program (Masarat). Scope of Work The applicant (trainer and/or company) will provide specialized technical support to design, coordinate and implement training interventions. The Task shall include, but is not limited to, the following:3.1. Diagnostic Analysis and Training Design Conducting a rapid diagnostic assessment to identify the technical and training needs of the participating industrial enterprises. Developing detailed training plans and applied methodologies for each targeted training program. Preparing training curricula, agendas, and scientific materials, and developing case studies and applied activities relevant to the Palestinian industrial sector. 3.2 . Implementation of targeted training programs Providing interactive training sessions that combine theoretical knowledge with practical application. This task includes the implementation of specialized training programs, each program with a duration of (20) training hours, within one of the training areas described below. The applicant is kindly requested to choose only one training program at the time of application.
