Interested candidates may obtain information from the Public Procurement Officer (PRCP) of the Sapouy Town Hall, Patrice HEMA (Tel: 76 67 50 14), and review the request-for-quotations documents at the following address: Office of the Public Procurement Officer (PRCP), located in the former Sapouy Town Hall building, between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM on working days. 8. Interested candidates may consult the complete request-for-quotations dossier free of charge or purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of thirty thousand (30,000) CFA francs for the single lot at the following address: Sapouy Public Treasury. Payment must be made in cash. 9. Bids must be submitted to the address belowthe office of the Public Procurement Officer (PRCP), located in the former Sapouy Town Hall buildingno later than August 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM, comprising one (1) original and two (2) copies. Late bids will not be accepted. 10. Bids must include a bid security, in the form of a bid securing declaration or a financial guarantee, amounting to five hundred and fifty-nine thousand (559,000) CFA francs for the single lot. 11.
