Quotation are invited for Construction of an Essential Generic Medicines (MEG) depot and a secondary civil registry center at the Sector 5 CSPS (Health and Social Promotion Center) in Sapouy 1. This Request for Quotations follows the adoption of the 2026 Procurement Plan for the Municipality of Sapouy. 2. The Municipality of Sapouy has allocated PREGOLS funds from the 2026 municipal budget to finance the construction of an Essential Generic Medicines (MEG) depot and a secondary civil registry center at the Sector 5 CSPS in Sapouy, and intends to use a portion of these funds for payments under the contract. 3. The estimated amount for this Request for Quotations is: Single lot: 10,805,085 CFAF (excl. VAT) and 12,750,000 CFAF (incl. VAT). 4. This Request for Quotations is reserved for: Not applicable. 5. The Municipality of Sapouy invites sealed bids from eligible candidates meeting the required qualifications to carry out the following works: Single lot: Construction of an Essential Generic Medicines (MEG) depot and a secondary civil registry center at the Sector 5 CSPS in Sapouy, with an execution period of sixty (60) days. Participation in the bidding process is open to all natural or legal persons holding a minimum "B1" type accreditation for the single lot, provided they are not subject to any ban or suspension and are in good standing with the administration. 6. The contract award process will be conducted via a request for quotations, as defined in Articles 75 et seq. of Decree No. 2024-1748/PRES/PM/MEF dated December 31, 2024, regarding procedures for the award, execution, and settlement of public contracts. 7. Bids must be submitted to the address belowthe office of the Public Procurement Officer (PRCP), located in the former Sapouy Town Hall buildingno later than August 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM, comprising one (1) original and two (2) copies. Late bids will not be accepted. 10. Bids must include a bid security, in the form of a bid securing declaration or a financial guarantee amounting to three hundred eighty-two thousand five hundred (382,500) CFA francs for the single lot. 11.
