Periodic Supplies Of Medicinal Products On The Positive Medicinal List Based On The Request Of The Contracting Authority According To The Nomenclature Of The Specification To The Public Procurement Contract For The Needs Of Csmp-Stara Zagora. The Types Of Medicines Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, Constituting An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation. Deliveries Are Made Periodically, Within A Period Of Up To 5 /Five/ Working Days, Counting From A Written Request By The Contracting Authority For The Required Quantity And Type Of Medicinal Product From The Contracting Authoritys Specification. The Indicated Quantities Of The Medicines In The Technical Specification Are Estimated And They Do Not Bind The Contracting Authority To Purchase Them During The Validity Of The Contract For Awarding The Order. The Deadline For The Performance Of The Supplies - The Subject Of Awarding With This Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From 01.09.2026 Or Until The Termination Of The Contract In Accordance With The Clauses Of The Latter, Whichever Circumstance Occurs Earlier. The Total Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement Amounts To Eur 40,646.17 Without Vat (Forty Thousand Six Hundred And Forty-Six Euros And Seventeen Euro Cents Without Vat), Of Which: Eur 31,646.17 Without Vat For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months And Includes The Option To Renew The Contract For A Period Of Up To 4 (Four) Months And An Estimated Renewal Value Of Eur 9,000 Without Vat.
