Then, Through Exempt Resolution No. 1709, Dated April 6, 2026, Articles 38 And 39 Of The Bases Were Clarified, As Instructed In Official Letter No. Of500062026, Of The Comptroller Body. Then, By Exempt Resolution No. 1897, Of April 10, 2026, The Evaluation Commission Was Appointed. Finally, By Exempt Resolution No. 2865, Dated June 10, 2026, The Offers Were Declared Inadmissible And The Tender Was Declared Void. 3º That, In Accordance With Exempt Resolution N 443, Of 2026, Which Authorizes The Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan Of The San José Hospital For The Year 2026, The Security Service For The San José Hospital Is Required, As Stated In A Certificate Dated June 19, 2026, Issued By The Procurement Headquarters Of The Supply Unit, Which Also Certifies That Said Services Do Not Are Available In The Catalog Of The Framework Agreement And That, Given Its Nature, The San José Hospital Is Exempt From The Consultation Procedure To The Circular Economy Platform, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 35 Bis Of Law N 19,886 And 28 And 29 Of Its Regulations.
