The National Accreditation Commission, Hereinafter The “Commission” Or “Cna”, Is An Autonomous Public Body, Created By Law No. 20,129, Of 2006, Whose Function Is To Evaluate, Accredit And Promote The Quality Of Universities, Professional Institutes And Autonomous Technical Training Centers And The Careers And Programs They Offer. In Turn, Article 11 Of The Aforementioned Law Establishes That The Commission Has An Executive Secretariat, Whose Function Is To Support The Development Of The Processes That The Law Entrusts To The Cna. With The Purpose Of Strengthening The Institutional Performance And The Comprehensive Development Of The Officials Of The National Cna Accreditation Commission, The Contracting Of A Service In Management Supply Mode For The Comprehensive Management Of Organizational Development Workshops Is Required. This Is Why The Cnas Annual Purchasing And Contracting Plan For The Year 2026, Approved By Exempt Resolution No. 030-3, Dated January 21, 2026 And Its Modifications, Contemplates The Contracting Of A Service In Supply Mode For The Comprehensive Management Of Organizational Development Workshops Of The National Accreditation Commission. The Objective Of These Bases Is To Determine And Define The General Conditions That Must Be Applied For The Bidding, Contracting And Execution Of The Service In Management Supply Mode For The Comprehensive Management Of Organizational Development Workshops Of The National Accreditation Commission.
