Construction Work For Power Plant - The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Titled: Design, Delivery And Turnkey Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Titled: Pv Lubno Iii With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 48 Mw. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Design, Delivery And Turnkey Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation Called Pv Lubno Iii With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 48 Mw. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Turnkey Execution Of Construction And Electrical Works As Well As Necessary Design Work In The Scope Of Construction And Delivery Of A Photovoltaic Installation Entitled: Pv Lubno Iii With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 48 Mw Together With The Gpo Station, In Accordance With The Pfu, Excluding The Supply Of Photovoltaic Panels And Inverters. The Delivery Of Photovoltaic Panels And Inverters Will Be Carried Out As An Investors Delivery, The Arrangement And Installation Remain The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Implementation Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes The Performance Of All Tasks, Obligations Arising From Contracts, Decisions, Agreements, Arrangements, Permits And Conditions Necessary To Launch The Photovoltaic Installation, As Well As Carrying Out All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Manufacturers Of Photovoltaic Panels And The Distribution System Operator, Provisions Of Applicable Law And Standards, Acceptances And Tests, Along With Obtaining The Missing Permits, Operating Permits And Transfer Of The Photovoltaic Installation For Commercial Operation For The Project. In Accordance With The Ffu, Hrf, And The Agreement. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Fup And The Draft Agreement. The Project Is Co-Financed Under Loan Agreement No. Ke26-02843 From The Funds Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan As Part Of The G3.1.4 Investment. Support For The National Energy System (Energy Support Fund) Under Component G (Repowereu).
