Construction Project Management Services - Providing Services In The Scope Of Acting As A Contract Engineer As Part Of The Investment Expansion And Modernization Of The University Clinical Hospital In Białystok, Including The University Center For Personalized Oncology. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Investor Supervision Services And Other Services Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Performed By The Contract Engineer For The Ordering Party In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Consisting In The Expansion And Modernization Of The University Clinical Hospital In Białystok, Including The Construction Of The University Center For Personalized Oncology. The Investment Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build System By The General Contractor, Selected By The Ordering Party In A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. The Contract Engineer Serves As A Professional Representative And Advisor Of The Ordering Party, Supporting Him Substantively, Organizationally And Technically At All Stages Of The Investment Project - From Activities Preceding The Selection Of The General Contractor, Through The Stage Of Design And Implementation Of Construction Works By The General Contractor To The Date Of Its Final, Fault-Free Acceptance. The Ordering Party Currently Has Secured Investment Financing Only Until December 31, 2029, Therefore The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services By The Contract Engineer No Longer Than Until That Date. Due To The Risk That - Despite The Parties Exercising Due Diligence - The Deadline For The Completion Of Construction Works By The General Contractor Will Be Extended Beyond This Date, The Ordering Party Provides For An Option Right As Part Of The Order, Enabling - Depending On The Future Availability Of Financial Resources - The Continuation Of The Provision Of Services By The Contract Engineer Also After This Date. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligation Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template.
