Repair And Maintenance Services – Operation And Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The Vg Nieder-Olm. The Subject Of The Award Is The Award Of The Operational Management And Maintenance Of Street Lighting In The Local Communities Of The Verbandsgemeinde Nieder-Olm And In The Town Of Nieder-Olm, Which Is Part Of The Verbandsgemeinde Nieder-Olm, From January 1St, 2027. Street Lighting Contracts Must Be Concluded With The Respective Local Municipality And The City Of Nieder-Olm. There Are Currently Around 4,800 Lighting Points In The Municipality. The Contract Term Is 48 Months. At The Request Of The Client, An Option For A One-Time Extension Of The Contract Term By 24 Months Is Provided. The Street Lighting Contract To Be Awarded Is An Overall Contract Subject To Tender. S.D. §§ 103 Paragraph 1, 110 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Gwb, Which Includes Service, Delivery And Construction Elements.
