During The Execution Of The Contract, The Ordering Party, In Case Of Doubts Or Knowledge About The Contractors Failure To Perform The Obligation Referred To Above, Has The Right To Check The Contractors Compliance With The Above Requirement, In Particular By Informing The National Labor Inspectorate. If The Result Of The Pip Inspection Reveals Irregularities Regarding Failure To Fulfill The Above-Mentioned Obligation, The Ordering Party Will Charge Contractual Penalties, The Amount Of Which Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Obliges Subcontractors (E.G. By Applying Appropriate Provisions In The Contracts) To Employ The Above-Mentioned Persons Under An Employment Contract To Document And Submit Documents Enabling The Subcontractor To Be Inspected.
