With This Tender, The Client Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Professional, Reliable And Carefully Operating Funeral Organization For The Execution Of Municipal Funerals. The Contractor Must Be Able To Act Quickly, Carefully And In Accordance With Laws And Regulations After The Order Has Been Placed. The Desired Situation Is That Municipal Funerals Are Carried Out In A Uniform, Sober And Respectful Manner. The Human Dignity Of The Deceased Is Central, While At The Same Time Taking Into Account The Public Character Of The Assignment And The Need For Cost Control. This Assignment Consists Of Safeguarding The Burial Delivery Act Of The Municipality Of Apeldoorn And Concerns A Framework Agreement With An Estimated Value Of €1,600,000. The Stated Amount Is An Indication, Therefore No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. The Order Value Over The Total Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Capped At 150% Of The Amount As Stated Above Under Size Of Order. This Leads To A Maximum Order Value Excl. Vat Of This Tender Of €2,400,000. Once This Value Has Been Reached, The Framework Agreement May Only Be Used In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles 2.163A To 2.163G Of The Public Procurement Act 2012. If These Provisions Can No Longer Be Invoked, The Framework Agreement Will No Longer Have Any Effect And The Municipality May No Longer Use It, Regardless Of The Remaining Term Of The Framework Agreement. In That Case, If The Maximum Value Has Been Reached Or Will Be Exceeded Very Soon, The Framework Agreement Will Be Terminated By The Municipality With The Contractor With A Notice Period Of One Month. This Termination Does Not Give Rise To Any Right To Compensation From The Municipality To The Contractor.
