The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Production And Delivery Of Stage Folk Costumes (Also Referred To In The Documentation As Goods, Products Or Products) For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Order Includes: - Development Of A Design Project For The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 4 Incl. From The Technical Specification, Within 10 Working Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Request By The Contracting Authority; - Taking Individual Measurements For The Products Under Item 1, Item 2, Item 3, Item 4 And Item 6 Of The Technical Specification Within 5 Working Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Request, At The Address Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Territory Of The City Of Varna; - Carrying Out At Least One Sample During The Production Of The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 4 Incl. From The Technical Specification, On The Territory Of The Contracting Authority In The City Of Varna; - Production And Delivery Of The Requested Quantities Of Goods. The Present Public Procurement Is Reserved In The Sense Of Art. 12, Para. 2 Of The Zop And Is Intended For Assigning Participants Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, As Its Subject Includes Supplies Of Goods From The List Of Goods And Services In Accordance With The General Terminology Dictionary, Adopted With Rms No. 591/18.07.2016. When The Participants Are Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities, They Must Meet The Conditions In Art. 12, Para. 5 And Para. 6 Of The Zop. Other Interested Parties May Also Participate In The Public Procurement, But Their Bids Are Considered Only If No Bids Of The Persons Under Art. 12, Para. 1 Of The Zop. Nature And Quantity Of The Performed Activities: Production And Delivery Of 60 Items, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated, For 12 Months, And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Indicated Maximum Permissible Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities.
