The Contract Is Included In Sub-Project No. 3 Of The Act: Education Centers For The Environment And Sustainability (K.E.P.A.), Which Has Been Included In The Operational Program Human Resources And Social Cohesion 2021-2027 Based On The Inclusion Decision No. 4663/07-03-2024 (Ad: Ψδ1ψσ-1Οψ) Of Eyd And Has Received Mis Code 6004470, As Applicable. This Contract Is Co-Financed By The European Union (Ect+) And By National Resources Through The Pde. The Object Of The Contract Is The Design And Production Of Promotional Material For The Promotion Of The Action Education Centers For The Environment And Sustainability (K.E.P.E.A.) As Analyzed Below: -Promotional Material For The Students/Beneficiary Participants In The Actions Of The K.E.P.E.A.. -Communication Actions To Promote The Action. The Services Provided Are Classified Under The Following Codes Of The Common Vocabulary Of Public Contracts (Cpv): 79341000-6. The Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To €792,217.74 Excluding Vat Of 24% (Estimated Value Including Vat: €982,350.00). This Amount Is Distributed In The Following Individual Categories: A. Promotional Material For The Students/Beneficiaries Participating In The Actions Of K.E.P.A. Up To The Amount Of €884,115.00 Including Vat. B. Communication Actions To Promote The Deed Up To The Amount Of €98,235.00 Including Vat. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Five (5) Months From The Day After The Date Of Its Signature And Its Posting In Kimdis. According To Article 59 Of Law 4412/2016 And The Relevant Jurisprudence, Such As Indicatively Es Act 170/2021 Grade G, The Contracting Authority May Not Subdivide The Contract Into Parts, Provided That It Sufficiently Justifies The Relevant Choice.
