The C.0203 Project At The University Hospital Of Tübingen Deals With The Basic Renovation Of A Significant Part Of The Outdated Switchgear Of Two Ag (Approx. 190 Ag 1 + 165 Ag 2) Of The Building Automation Trade. Due To The Grown Structure Of The Property Parts, As Well As The Simultaneous Development Of Technology, There Is Currently A Broad Portfolio At The Field, Automation And Control Level. These Differ In Manufacturer, Chosen Technology And Structure. (See Also Service Description Appendix 03). Due To The Clinics Consistently High And Sometimes Completely Uninterrupted Operating Requirements, Switchgear Has In The Past Been Repaired Through Economical Interventions Rather Than Completely Renovated. However, Many Systems From Different Manufacturers Have Now Been Discontinued And Are Irreparable. Some Switchgear Has Old Built-In Pneumatics, Which Can Be Omitted. Some Switchgear Works Unreliably. Therefore, A Large-Scale Renovation Must Be Carried Out. The High Number And Wide Variety Of System Technology Require Complex Planning In Order To Replace The Systems To Be Replaced As Efficiently And Without Interruption As Possible. The Planning Services Range From The Identification And Resulting Demarcation Of Discontinued Systems From Different Manufacturers, To The Resulting Replacement Quantities, To Creating A Concept For Tender Blocks, To Participation In The Planning Of Components To Be Replaced At Field Level. The Aim Of The Project Is Primarily To Replace All Approximately 355 Ailing Switchgear Or Controls And To Eliminate All Proprietary Bus Systems Between Controllers And Subordinate Regulators Or At Least To Update Them To The State Of The Art. With The New Tga Standard Currently In The Works, Defined, Manufacturer-Independent Structures Will Be Set Up In The Future In Order To Make Future Conversions Easier And To Generate A New Cross-Property Structured Automation Landscape. What Is Relevant For The Understanding Of The Project Is That The Systems Of Ag 1 Are Preferred And The Services For Ag 2 Are Only To Be Offered As An Option. The Client Reserves The Right To Reduce, Cancel And, In Any Case, Postpone The Services For Ag 2.
