South East Technological University Are Seeking Tenders From Suitable Contractors To Tender For An Electrical Services Works Term Contract To Complete Ad-Hoc, Maintenance, Refurbishment, Etc. Works Up To An Individual Value Of €30,000.00. The South East Technological University Intend To Appoint A Term Contractor For Electrical Services Works And Projects Which Individually Are Not Envisaged To Be Greater In Value Than €30,000.00. The Electrical Services Works Term Contract Works Will Be Ad-Hoc / Maintenance / Refurbishment Type Projects. They Will Also Include Emergency Type Projects And Require A Response Time Of 1 Hour. The Extent And Scope Of Works Will Fulfil The Requirements Of The South East Technological University (Waterford And Kilkenny Campuses) And Associated Subsidiary Companies As They Arise And Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis And Executed Subject To The Issue Of The Relevant Appointment Documentation. The Duration Of The Term Contract Will Initially Be 1 Year With The Option For South East Technological University To Extend The Contract, By Prior Agreement With The Successful Term Contractor, By One Extra Year I.E. To A Total Of 2 Years And Then By A Further Optional One Extra Year I.E. To A Total Of 3 Years, Also By Prior Agreement With The Successful Term Contractor. The Works May Take Place In Any Of The Current South East Technological University (Waterford And Kilkenny Campuses) Properties In Waterford City, County And Its Environs Namely; Cork Road Campus, West (Carriganore) Campus, College Street Campus, Browne’S Road Campus (Ida Industrial Estate), St. Kieran’S College (Kilkenny Campus) And Other Smaller Properties Within Waterford City, County And Its Environs Together With Associated Subsidiary Companies
