By A Company Operating A Waste Dump That Is Not Hazardous (According To § 2 Paragraph 1 Letter B) Of The Decree Of The Ministry Of The Environment Of The Slovak Republic No. 382/2018 Coll. On Waste Dumping And Storage Of Waste Mercury. The Company Operating The Waste Dump Undertakes To Take Over The Imported Waste From The Waste Holder And Dispose Of It At The Waste Dump In Accordance With Generally Binding Legal Regulations At The Agreed Time.
