Passenger Cars – Car Delivery - Task 2.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 7 Carriage-Type Passenger Cars (Sedan). 2. The Contractor Is To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, In Particular With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Act Defines The Terms Of The Contract In Such A Way That It Does Not Allow Deliveries (Goods) From Countries: • Other Than Member States Of The European Union, • Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The Agreement Of The World Trade Organization On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party. Offering Supplies (Goods) From The Countries Referred To In Section 3 Will Be Considered As Non-Compliance Of The Content Of The Offer With The Terms Of The Order. The Contractors Offer Includes Supplies (Goods) From The Countries Referred To In Section 3 Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. The Country Of Origin Of The Offered Car Is Understood By The Ordering Party As The Country Of Origin Of The Goods Determined In Accordance With Art. 60 Of Regulation (Eu) No 952/2013 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 9 October 2013 Establishing The Union Customs Code. The Country Of Origin Of A Car Is Considered To Be: A) The Country In Which The Car Was Wholly Obtained Or Manufactured, Or B) Where More Than One Country Was Involved In The Production Of The Car, The Country In Which Its Last Significant, Economically Justified Processing Or Working Was Carried Out, Carried Out In An Undertaking Adapted For This Purpose, As A Result Of Which A New Product Was Created Or Which Constituted An Important Stage Of The Production Process.
