The Clients Are The Public State Broadcasters, The Second German Television (Zdf) And Deutschlandradio (Dr), Which Are Members Of The Association Of Public Broadcasting Corporations Of The Federal Republic Of Germany (Ard), Represented By The Management Of The Contribution Service Of Ard, Zdf And Deutschlandradio (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contribution Service Or Client). The Contribution Service Intends To Conclude A Service Contract For The Provision Of Tasks In The Area Of ​​The Z/Os System Environment For A Contract Term Of Up To Three Years. The Service Contract Comes Into Effect When The Contract Is Awarded. In Preparation For The Takeover Of Operations, A Transition Phase Is Planned That Begins On February 1, 2027. The Tasks Are Processed Using The Applications Provided By The Contribution Service Via Remote Access And Using The Service Providers Technical Equipment And Workstation Devices. Remote Access Is Provided Via A Service Managed By The Contribution Service. As A Guideline For The Average Annual Expenditure, The Contribution Service Assumes An Annual Average Requirement Of Up To 486 Person Days (Pt).
