The Ordering Party Does Not Establish Any Specific Conditions Regarding The Ability To Act In Business Or The Authorization To Conduct A Specific Business Or Professional Activity. 2. In Terms Of Economic Or Financial Situation, The Contractor Will Demonstrate Financial Resources Or Creditworthiness Of At Least Pln 100,000.00. 3. In Terms Of Technical Or Professional Capacity, The Contractor Will Demonstrate That In The Last 5 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, And If The Period Of Running The Business Is Shorter - During This Period, He Duly Performed, And In The Case Of Repeated Or Continuous Services Also Performs, At Least 3 Services Involving Quantitative Social Research, Where: A) At Least One Service Had A Value Of Not Less Than Pln 400,000.00 Gross; B) At Least One Service Included A Quantitative Survey Of A Sample Of At Least 100 Schools; C) At Least One Service Included Examination Using Desktop Or Laptop Computers On School Premises, E.G. In The Cawi/Capi Formula; D) At Least One Service Included A Quantitative Survey Of Students. 4. Requirements Specified In Section 3 May Be Met Within The Same Or Different Services From Among The Three Services Provided By The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Will Demonstrate That It Has A Project Manager Who: A) Has At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Carrying Out Social Research; B) During The Last 5 Years, He/She Served As A Project Manager In At Least 2 Quantitative Studies In The Field Of Education, At Least One Of Which Had A Value Of At Least Pln 400,000.00 Gross, At Least One Covered At Least 50 Schools, And At Least One Was Carried Out Using Computers At The School. 6. Individual Features Of The Managers Research May Be Demonstrated Within The Same Or Different Research Out Of The Two Indicated. Temporally Overlapping Experience Periods Are Not Double-Summed. 7. In The Case Of Joint Competition For An Order, The Experience Requirement Is Met By At Least One Of The Contractors Who Will Perform The Services For Which These Skills Are Required. Contractors Submit With Their Offer The Declaration Referred To In Art. 117 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law. 8. The Contractor May Rely On The Resources Of Other Entities In Accordance With Art. 118–123 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Entity Providing The Experience Provides Services For Which These Capabilities Are Required.
