Tenders are invited for Facilitator to Prepare and Deliver Communication Skills Workshops Closing Date: Tuesday, 04. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Training & Capacity Building Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Dawaer Foundation, with the financial support of the European Union and in partnership with Masar Association, is implementing a project titled Youth Vanguard: Bringing Together Lebanon for Social Unity (Wasel, English for " " ) aimed at strengthening social cohesion among youth in Lebanon. The initiative seeks to empower young people as agents of change, fostering dialogue and understanding across communities through activities such as sports, theater, media advocacy, and community engagement. The project will work in four Lebanese areas, Choueifat, Muhammara, Saida, and Qab Elias, over the course of three years: from March 2025 to February 2028, bringing together youth, municipalities, and community members to address social tensions and promote a shared identity. This consultancy aims to design and facilitate four one-day workshops on communication skills, with one workshop delivered in each of the four project implementation areas: Saida, Choueifat, Qab Elias, and Muhammara. The workshops will provide tailored, on-the-job support to Youth Core Team members, enabling them to build constructive relationships with municipalities and local stakeholders and to engage effectively in networking and community outreach efforts. The 4 workshops will be implemented during August October 2026. Exact dates will be shared at least one week in advance, noting that the first two workshops are in principle taking place on 8 and 15 August 2026.
