Tenders are invited for Hospitality Excellence, Food Safety, And Customer Service" Trainer The training forms part of a local economic development initiative managed by a Local Committee under the Municipality aiming to improve employability, strengthen the quality of food services, and support local restaurants and food production kitchens by enhancing participants practical and professional skills in line with internationally recognized food safety standards and hospitality best practices. The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications and introduces participants to HACCP principles and ISO food safety standards. Training Field: North of Lebanon Objectives of the Training The training is expected to enable participants to: Understand the principles of food safety and hygiene in restaurants and food production facilities. Recognize food safety hazards, including biological, chemical, physical, and environmental risks. Apply safe food handling, preparation, storage, and serving practices. Understand the basic principles and requirements of the HACCP system. Increase awareness of international food safety standards, including an introduction to ISO standards relevant to the food sector. Delivering sessions covering: Food Safety Fundamentals Food Contamination and Prevention Safe Storage and Temperature Control HACCP Principles and Requirements Personal Hygiene and Workplace Sanitation Service Area, Dining Area, and Facility Hygiene (cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, food service stations, production kitchens, restrooms, and other customer-facing facilities). Kitchen Health and Safety Procedures Customer Service and Hospitality Skills Communication and Complaint Management Restaurant Marketing and Social Media Promotion Introduction to ISO Food Safety Standards Facilitating practical exercises and supporting field-based application of the training inside participating restaurants and food businesses.
