The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision Of 145 Subscriptions To Microsoft 365 Business Premium Corporate Cloud Licenses And Supporting Services In The Form Of An Annual Subscription For A Period Of 12 Months, Under The Conditions Set Out In This Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not The Installation Of The Sw In Question. This Contract Is Awarded As Part Of An Open Call According To The Rules For The Selection Of Suppliers Of The Operational Program Technology And Applications For Competitiveness, Managed By The Ministry Of Industry And Trade, Effective From 1 May 2025 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Rules).
