The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Modifications Of The Existing Building Of The Municipal Office Consisting Of The Total Rebuilding (Reconstruction) Of The Building While Maintaining The Layout And Material Design Of The Building. The Floor Plan Will Only Increase By The Thickness Of The Insulation. The Borders Of The Plot Copy The Floor Plan Of The Existing Building With Only A Very Small Reserve, Therefore Increasing The Floor Plan By The Thickness Of The Insulation Is The Maximum Permissible. Construction Will Begin With Demolition Work Including The Existing Truss And Roof, Ceiling Structure, Part Of The Perimeter And Internal Load-Bearing Walls, The Existing Floor Structure And Walls In Contact With The Terrain. The Reconstruction Of The Building Will Reorganize The Internal Layout, Remove Storage Areas, Cancel The Service Apartment, Build A Sanitary Facility With Sufficient Capacity, And This Will Increase The Comfort Of Using Social And Administrative Spaces. The Object Will Be Connected To The Technical Infrastructure By Changed Or Translated Existing Connections.
