The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Development, Delivery, Implementation And Subsequent Operation, Support And Development Of An Information System For The Management Of Educational Events (Hereinafter Also Is Or Work) For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Within The Scope Defined By The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3 Of This Procurement Documentation). Development And Delivery Of An Information System The Subject Of Performance Is The Development Of An Information System Consisting Of Functional Modules, In The Scope, Quality And According To The Schedule Specified In The Draft Contract And Its Annexes. The Performance Also Includes: • Analysis And Detailed Functional Specifications, • Ux/Ui Design, • Implementation Of Integration Interfaces (Api) According To The Specification, • Migration Of Existing Data (If Relevant), • Testing And Penetration Test, • Deployment In The Operational Environment (Cloud In The Eea), • Training Of Administrators And Key Users, • Handing Over Source Codes And Documentation. Is Operation, Support And Development For 24 Months After Handover And Acceptance Of The Work, The Supplier Will Provide The Client With: • Is Operation In A Cloud Environment In The Eea (Including Provision Of Hosting With A Provider Certified According To Iso/Iec 27001), • Technical Support In Sla Parameters According To The Contract, • Maintenance (Updating, Security Patches, Monitoring), • Is Development In The Form Of Orders Beyond The Flat Rate, Priced At Hourly Rates According To The Offer Cover Sheet.
