The Illustrious Municipality Of La Serena, Within The Framework Of Its Commitment To Guarantee Citizen Safety And Energy Efficiency And Sustainability, Requires Contracting A Comprehensive Maintenance Service For The Communes Public Lighting System, Which Ensures Continuous Operation, Failure Prevention And Active Maintenance Of The Entire Lighting Park, In Accordance With The Needs And Technical Definitions Established By The Municipality, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Awarded Provider Will Be Responsible For Executing The Service For A Period Of 18 Months, Counting From The Business Day Following The Signing Of The Certificate Of Commencement Of The Services. This Maintenance Must Be Carried Out Uninterruptedly From Monday To Sunday, Including Weekends And Holidays. With These Objectives, The Minimum Conditions Required For The Maintenance Of Public Lighting In The Commune Are Defined In This Process, In Accordance With The Current Technical Regulations That Establish Requirements For The Operation And Maintenance Of Lighting Installations In Public Property.
