The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Dismantling The Existing Polyurethane Surface Along With The Sbr Flexible Layer To The Level Of The Sub-Base, • Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, • Thorough Cleaning Of The Concrete Sub-Base, • Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Sub-Base, • Repair Of The Sub-Base: - Filling Of Scratches And Cracks, - Repair Defects, - Leveling Of Local Unevenness, - Making Necessary Repairs To Expansion Joints (If Any), • Priming The Foundation With An Appropriate Polyurethane Preparation, • Making A New Elastic Layer Of 27 Mm Thick Sbr Granules, Laid In Situ Using A Polyurethane Binder, • Making A Wear Layer Of 8 Mm Thick Epdm Granules, Sprayed, • Impermeable Surface, • Marking The Pitches With Paints Polyurethane.
