Attachments To The Application For Water Law Consent 1.7. Design Of Permanent Traffic Organization And Traffic Lights1.8. Technical/Executive Design1.9. Technical Specifications1.10. Investor Cost Estimate2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Iv Of The Swz - Technical Specification.3. If The Developed Design Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Designer Is Obliged To Allow Equivalent Solutions. If The Design Documentation Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Designer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.4. The Subject Of The Order Is A Design Service And May Be Performed By One Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Divided Into Parts For Organizational Reasons.6. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Act Up To The Net Value Of Pln 150,000.00. A Similar Order Includes: 1) Design Works On The Section Of The Road Covered By The Basic Order And On The Sections And Area Adjacent To The Road Covered By The Basic Order In All Industries: Road, Sanitary, Energy, Telecommunications. 2) Geological Research On The Section Of The Road Covered By The Basic Order And On The Sections And Area Adjacent To The Road Covered By The Basic Order. 8. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Scope Identical To The Scope Of The Service Entrusted To Perform And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00. A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Policy Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirement Within No Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Policy Within 3 Months Of Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor.
