Kościelna In Góra Puławska From Km 0+011.60 To Km 0+124.48 And From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+393.40, Securing The Existing Power Grid, Height Regulation Of Access To Gates And Exits To The Property. Additionally, The Order Covers The Renovation Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 874 With Ul. Kościelna From Km 0+000.00 To Km 0+011.60. Scope Of Work Includes: Includes The Performance Of: 1) Preparatory Works; 2) Demolition Works; 3) Securing The Existing Power Grid; 4) Earthworks; 5) Geogrid Foundation Layers; 6) Foundation Layers Made Of Crushed Aggregate 0/31.5 Mm - Thickness. 20Cm; 7) Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete - Thickness 8Cm; 8) Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course - Thickness 4Cm; 9) Height Adjustment Of Access To Gates And Exits; 10) Roadsides Made Of A Mixture Of Unbound Aggregate; 11) Vertical Signs; 12) Planting And Topsoil Treatment; 13) Renovation Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 874 With Ul. Kościelna. The Scope Of Work And The Contractors Responsibility Within The Scope Of The Proposed Offer Price Also Includes: 1) Organization And Development Of The Construction Site; 2) Marking And Securing The Works Performed And Ensuring Safety At The Construction Site; 3) Developing And Obtaining Approval From The Competent Authorities Of The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of Construction Works; 4) Exercising Archaeological Supervision And Conducting Archaeological Research During Earthworks In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lublin Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Lublin, Mark In.5142.376.1.202.Kp1 Of August 21, 2025 And Preparation Of A Report On These Tests. To Conduct These Tests, A Separate Permit From Lwkz Must Be Obtained In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments;5) Implementing The Assumptions And Incurring The Costs Resulting From The Letter Of The Provincial Roads Authority, Ref. Ud.410.137.1.2025.Wk Of July 10, 2025, In The Scope Of Works Performed In The Strip Of The Provincial Road No. 874;6) Obtaining A Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research And Carrying Out Research On The Basis Of The Issued Decision During The Implementation Of Construction Works;7) Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Examinations And Acceptance, As Well As Possible Supplementation Of The Acceptance Documentation For The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 8) Provision Of Surveying Services By Authorized Surveying Services, Including Field Marking And As-Built Inventory; 9) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works; 10) Ensuring And Bearing The Costs Of Delivery Of Utilities Necessary To Carry Out The Works, Including Electricity, Water And Sewage Disposal
