Legionów 210 For The Needs Of Emergency Shelter, 2) Concept And Expert Opinion On Adapting Basement Rooms In The Building Of Primary School No. 5 At Ul. Żwirki I Wigury 1 For The Needs Of Emergency Shelters,3) Concept And Expert Opinion On Adapting The Basement Rooms In The Building Of The Primary School No. 7 At Ul. Bema 66 To The Needs Of Emergency Shelters,4) Concept And Expertise On Adapting The Basement Rooms In The Building Of The Primary School No. 7 At Ul. Morcinka 13 For The Needs Of Emergency Shelters.2. Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Creation Of Places Emergency Shelter Should Be Provided In Rooms On The Underground Floor Of The Facility.2) Design Work Should Be Preceded By A Construction Inventory Of The Rooms To The Extent Necessary To Create A Place For Emergency Shelter Along With Emergency And Emergency Exits (If Required) And An Analysis Of The Possibility Of Transforming Rooms On The Underground Floor Into Places Of Emergency Shelter.3) Technical Expertise Of The Building And Its Installations Should Include A Description Of Structural Damage, If Any, In The Facility, An Assessment Of The Causes Of Their Occurrence, As Well As Conclusions And Recommendations On How To Repair Or Remove The Identified Damage. In Addition, The Technical Expertise Should Include The Assessment Of The Possibility Of Transferring Additional Loads Referred To In Paragraph 5 And Annex No. 1 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 932).4) The Conceptual Design Should Include A Description Of The Scope Of Necessary Design Solutions, By Indicating (Introducing) Specific Parameters Of The Load-Bearing Capacity And Thickness Of Ceilings, Walls Or Installations In Order To Adapt The Basement To Function As A Collective Protection Facility And Thus Determining The Necessary Construction (Adaptation) Works. The Description Should Also Include An Indication Of The Number Of People Who May Find Shelter In The Analyzed Facility After Its Adaptation To The Mds.5) Conceptual Designs Should Be Agreed With The Fire And Safety Expert.
