The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization And Renovation Of The Facade Of The School Building Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów At Ul. Rybnicka 44, Including The Replacement/Maintenance Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Other Elements Installed On It. The Order Does Not Include The Renovation Of All External Walls Of The Building, But Only Stage 1, Which Includes The Renovation Of The Front (Southern) Facade From Rybnicka Street And Parts Of The Eastern And Western Facades And A Small Fragment Of The Northern Facade.1.2 The Scope Of The Task Includes: A) Renovation Of The Facade: - Removal Of Loose Elements, Debonding Of The Mesh And Plasters, - Installation Of A New Reinforced Layer Of Mesh With Glue, - Local Supplementing The Insulation, Additional Pinning Of The Insulation, Applying A New Plaster Coating With Silicone Plaster With A Lamb Structure, B) Replacement And Maintenance Of Downpipes And External Stairs. –  Replacement Of Existing Pvc Downpipes With New Ones With Cleaners,  Painting Of Cast Iron Pipes,  Painting Of Metal Elements Of External Stairs, C) Replacement / Renovation / Installation Of Elements On The Façade:  Replacement Of Damaged Sheet Metal Flashings, Including Window Sills,  Replacement Of Expansion Joints - Installation Of System Expansion Joint Profiles,  Installation Of New Flat Roof Ventilation Grids,  Replacement Of Existing Ones Ladders To Aluminum Ones, Disassembly And Reassembly Of Signs On The Building, Replacement Of External Lighting Fixtures, Renovation Of Window Grilles, Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds. In Addition, The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation And Measure The Efficiency Of The Lightning Protection System After The Works Are Completed. Characteristics Of The Facility - Existing Condition: Characteristic Parameters Of The Building:• Number Of Above-Ground Storeys - 3 And 1;• Number Of Underground Storeys - 0;• Building Height ~ 13 M;• Development Area ~ 2,985 M2• Usable Area: ~ 4,390 M²;• Volume ~ 22,119 M3. The Investment Will Be Carried Out In The School Building Of The Technical School Complex In Mikołów At Ul. Rybnicka 44, Located On The Plot With Registration Number 677/11. The School Building Consists Of Two Segments Without A Basement: Administration And Physical Education And Physical Education, Connected By A Connector. The Administrative And Teaching Segment Was Built As A 3-Story Building, The Gymnasium And The Connector Were Built As A 1-Story Building. The Walls Are Constructed Of Poured Reinforced Concrete Pillars, Brick Curtain Walls With Tile Cladding, Insulated With 13 Cm Thick Styrofoam With An Acrylic Plaster Texture.
